Return must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them. Items must be returned in the original packaging, and include the original receipt/packing slip. No exchanges allowed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The refund will be applied accordingly.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale / clearance
How to ship returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use the Return Address on the mailing label. If you are shipping an expensive or breakable item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard processing time determined by the bank or credit company.
Where’s my refund?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit statement again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
