US Shipping Information

Decals and magnets are shipped by USPS First Class Package Service.

Mugs are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Service.

Calculated shipping overages will be refunded if they exceed $2.00.

Please note: Calculated shipping may determine a large order of decals should be shipped Priority Mail; if this happens, please email me and let me know you prefer First Class, if available.


International Shipping Information

Decals and magnets are shipped with USPS First Class Package Service.

Mugs can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service, or First Class International Package Service.

Once the package arrives in your country, the tracking should switch over to your local postal service.

A handling fee of $1.50 USD is included to insure your package with USPS. Calculated shipping overages will be refunded if they exceed $2.00 USD.


Sizing details

Decal sizes are listed in Inches in the Description of the product. I can create different sizes of most decals – send me a custom request if you are interested in a different size!


Custom and personalized orders

Please be sure to contact me as a custom request ahead of placing an order if you would like to customize or change the design in any way.


Why are there bubbles in the decal after application?

Bubbles happen! This occurs when small air pockets or dust become trapped under the decal as it is being applied. It takes about 72 hours for a decal to fully cure, and the bubbles will naturally work their way out.

A decal applied to a coffee mug or tumbler should be washed by hand, never soaked, and will not be usable in the microwave.


Oh no! My mug arrived damaged. What do I do?

First, PLEASE keep the packaging! Keep it all: bubble wrap, paper, the box, anything included within. USPS may request to view the packaging related to an insurance claim.

Second, take pictures of the damaged mug, all sides of the box, and the packaging materials.

Third, send me an email! Include all of the pictures you took, and provide your order number. I will file a claim with USPS, and ship out your replacement product as soon as I have all of the details from you.
